Highly commended was Jordan Bentley, Glamorgan Centre for Art and Design Technology with her 1909-1910 evening dress.
Due to the very high standard of workmanship of the finalists, it was decided that an additional award should be given to Jordan Bentley of £150 and £25 each to the other two finalists.
